Janet is accredited by the Family Mediation Council to offer mediation in all issues and is also able to offer Child Inclusive Mediation. Janet is a member of the Family Mediators Association, Resolution and the College of Mediators.  Janet is also a Professional Practice Consultant and a consultant mediator and international trainer for Reunite International Child Abduction Centre. 

Janet is also an accredited SEND mediator and offers dispute resolution in schools.   

Janet qualified as a solicitor in 1993 but ceased practising in 2016 to focus on family mediation. 

Janet has a particular interest in disability and special needs and is on the Family Mediation Council’s Equality, Disability and Inclusion Board. Janet is also a member of the College of Mediators/Civil Mediation Council’s SEND panel. 

Janet is part of a collaborative network of mediators from across the country who work together to offer co-mediation in cases.
